My Path of Transformation
I don’t show up as an expert with answers—I show up as someone who’s walked the path of change, stumbled, gotten up, learned to listen, and kept going.
My work is rooted in lived experience. Years ago, my life was changed by the sudden passing of my father—a moment that cracked open a deeper inquiry: What else is out there? His death, while tragic, became what I now call the greatest gift he ever gave me. It stirred something ancient in me—a longing to know the unseen, to explore purpose, to live a life more fully aligned.
Leaving a career in software engineering, I followed that longing to the mountains of Colorado. What was meant to be a single season as a ski bum turned into 15 years of connection—to land, body, community, and soul. In Crested Butte, I found a new rhythm: as an artist, athlete, spiritual seeker, and beloved community member. I studied Reiki, became a talented athlete, practiced artistic metal fabrication, and slowly began to trust in a deeper intelligence moving through all things.
But transformation doesn’t come just once. It comes in waves. Later, an experience that placed me in the spotlight—honored in a local festival as a symbolic masculine figure—unexpectedly brought to the surface deep questions about my relationship to sexuality and self-expression. Beneath the celebration, I felt exposed and unsure, realizing how much confusion, conditioning, and silence I still carried around eros and what it means to embody healthy masculinity. That rupture led me to the study of sacred sexuality, kink, masculinity, and ultimately, psychotherapy. It was a second initiation.
I’ve since trained in Hakomi, a gentle, body-centered approach to therapy; I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health; Through plant medicine ceremonies, sacred kink and sexuality work, and deep inner parts exploration, I’ve come to know the many layers of myself—and how essential it is to be met with compassion in all of them. My days are anchored in Vipassana meditation and ongoing study of somatic and spiritual practices. Music has also become a new language of healing in my life; learning guitar and handpan. Each of these threads informs the way I now work with others.
What I Offer
I offer presence—not performance. Partnership—not prescription. My approach is integrative, somatic, spiritual, and trauma-informed, rooted in a deep respect for each person’s unique path. Whether you’re navigating grief, identity, eros, purpose, or the deep unknown—I’m here to walk beside you.
I support individuals who are seeking not just relief, but real transformation. Those who are ready to come home to themselves—to listen to the body’s wisdom, to reclaim the sacred in their sexuality, to soften into trust, or to rise into a more grounded, integrated expression of who they truly are.
