Payment Information
Sessions are 50 minutes, and billed at $130 for individuals and $180 for couples. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via cash, check, or Venmo. We do not accept insurance, but we are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which can be submitted to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Telehealth Arrangements
We offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth services via secure video or phone sessions for clients with stable internet or phone access. Clients are expected to be in a private, quiet space for confidentiality. Sessions are scheduled and billed the same as in-person appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will incur the full session fee. We understand that life happens, and in cases of emergencies or illness, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Sliding Scale
We are committed to making therapy accessible to as many individuals as possible. To support this, we offer a sliding scale fee based on income and financial need. Please feel free to discuss your financial situation with us, and we will work together to find a rate that fits your budget. Contact us for more details or to inquire about availability.
